The audit tells you whether your idea is a two-week build, a phased project, or honestly not worth it. All three answers are useful, and one of them is free.
You own your data, your accounts and the workflows we configure for you. Licensing for any bespoke code is agreed plainly in the proposal, in writing.
The first milestone is always a working thin slice on real data. If the approach isn't going to work, we find out early and cheaply, and we say so.
